The Landmark at Doral CDD encompasses an area of approximately 117.95 acres of land located in the City of Doral, Miami-Dade County, Florida. The District is generally located east of NW 107 Avenue, west of NW 102 Avenue and north of NW 58 Street. Infrastructure consisted of roadway improvements, public parking garage building, storm water management, water distribution system, sanitary sewer system and outdoor recreational areas.
A Community Development District (CDD) provides the "solution" to Florida's need to provide valuable community infrastructure generated by growth, ultimately without overburdening other governments and their taxpaying residents. CDDs represent a major advancement in Florida’s effort to manage its growth effectively and efficiently.
